”Tatami" mat, Japanese style room up to 5 people.

The two-room-flat composed of a bed room and a "Tatami" mat Japanese style room, up to 5 people.

A kitchen room and many kitchen utensils are available.

Two mattress style beds and three Japanese style "Futon" beds are prepared. As our name "RYU'S COURTYARD" implies, this flat has an individual courtyard of its own with a cute swing and a hammock.

Room Type	"Tatami" mat Japanese style room, 3 "Futon" beds, a single bed and a twin bed with kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Maximum up to 5 people.
Seasonal Rate (High) March 20 to October 30	2 persons per night 16000 Yen, extra person 3000 Yen per person / night. *27th April to 6th May and 11th to 16th August are 18000 Yen per night for 2 persons (public holidays), extra person 3500 Yen per person / night. A baby who shares bed with parents additional 1000 Yen.
Seasonal Rate (Low) November to March 19	2 persons per night 12000 Yen, extra person 2500 Yen per person / night. *29th December to 3rd January are 18000 Yen per night for 2 persons (public holidays), extra person 3500 Yen per person / night. A baby who shares bed with parents additional 1000 Yen.
Amenities	Shampoo (with conditioner), Body wash, Hand Soap, Disposable Toothbrush & Toothpaste, Disposable Shaver, Bath Towels and Face Towels.
Room Utilities	Kitchen, refridgerator / freezer, microwave, IH cooking heater, washing machine, air-conditioner, electric kettle, rice cooker, plates & cutleries, kitchen utilities, TV, washlet toilet, designated bathroom, hair dryer, hanger, clothes hanging rope, washing powder, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, torch light, insect spray / incense, cleaning equipments.
Other	There is a swing, a hammock and a wooden table / chairs at courtyard of the room. A car parking space for each room, rental pocket Wi-fi, Rental BBQ set to use at the courtyard (Additional charge), rental beach towels (Additional charge). 1bedroom flat with a courtyard

The wooden flooring one-room flat with kitchen is for a group of up to 4 people maximum.

Visitors can relax at its own garden that equipts a swing and a hammock under the branches of trees.

The room is furnished and kitchen utensils are available. There are 3 single beds and a "Futon" bed can be prepared.

It is a really compact, equiped and comfortable room for who wants to enjoy normal everyday like stays in Miyakojima.

Room Type	1 bedroom with living room, kitchen, laundry and bathroom, 3 single beds and a "Futon" on a "Tatami" bed. Maximum up to 4 people.

We live on a same premise right next to the rooms so please feel free to come and see us if you need anything.

Also there is our courtyard filled with flowers and greens.

At the courtyard, we have "Ryu" and "Anne" running around.

They are our family member doggies, a brown hair boy is "Ryu" and a white hair girl is "Anne". If you don't mind dogs you are welcome to come in and enjoy our courtyard.

Information

Check-in: 4:00PM to 9:00PM.

Check-out: until 11:00AM.

Please let us know the check-in time you wish between the time mentioned above.

Meals not served.

Please use facilities with care. Please put back the thing where it belongs after you use.

Use of fire inside the room is prohibited.

All rooms are no smoking. Please smoke outside, at the courtyard.

Please do not use skyrocket types fireworks and other types one that make noise.

Please be careful with noise and sound after 10:00PM. This is a quiet residential area.

Please wash off the sand before you going inside the room. There is a shower outside the room for each room.

No pets allowed.

In case when you stay 2 or more nights and wish your room to be cleaned, additional cleaning fee will be charged. (exchange of the bath towel is free of charge)

Portable Wi-fi is available only if you agree to our conditions. Please do not use Wi-fi to watch videos or clips, because monthly capacity of data transfer is limited.

In event of cancellation there will be fees occur. When staying for 2 or more nights, will calcurate the cancellation fees by following calcuration procedure for each stay of nights of reservation.

14 days before check-in 20% of a stay per night.
3 days before check-in 40% of a stay per night.
1 day before check-in 50% of a stay per night.
The day of check-in, no show or without notice, 100% of a stay per night.

*When the flight is calcelled by typhoon or accidents, let us know the flight number and we will not charge cancellation fees.
